Web Adminstrative Access issue on Management/Other Inteface Port ofFortigate FG100D V5.2.7

I have 2 Fortigate FG100D V5.2.7 by HA

We are unable to access the Fortinet FG100D firewall on Administrative HTTP/HTTPS Port.  I have been getting following issue on this matter : Webpage error details
