Warning in Blocking Facebook

I was able to block facebook and youtube but the warning won't message won't appear in the user page.  It says "No connection to Internet".  I don't want this message to appear.

I would like to ask whether certificate which is used in certificate/deep inspection is imported on the PC side?

If you are using Application control, most likely you will see this kind of behaviour. If you are using Web filter, you will see the page blocked.
