Want to Push single url to unlock in all web filter in firewall

i would like to insert an URL IN  " URL filter " for all web filter in firewall , is there any way that it can be done once for all webfilter  rather updating each profile separately. also is there any way to have information about all allowed category particular web filter GUI or CLI.
