wan-load-balance missing wan1 and wan2 on the screen

Hello,

 

I am trying to setup "WAN Link Load Balancing Interface" in my firwall(see below for details), I couldn't select wan1 or wan2 on the load balance setup screen. Any idea what could be the reason?

 

Device: FortiGate 60D

Firmware Version: v5.2.2,build642 (GA)

    For WLLB, you should remove the wan interfaces wherever they are currently using. Like address, VIP, policies, routes, vpn etc.

    after that you can use the WLLB.

    It is better to have firmware version 5.4 for WLLB.  It works good on this firmware.

    Thank you Anurag. Can you suggest the exact firmware version number like 5.4.x?

    just start with 5.4.0 only.
