WAN link monitor

Hello,   I have 1 WAN link,   Is there any tool that I can confiure on Fortigate 100E, to monitor external IP (8.8.8.8) from that WAN and if there will be more then 5 ping timeout then fortigate will send alert to fortianalyzer ?
