WAN Link Down then Email

Let say, I have link monitor like this

QUESTIONS: 1. is there possible for Security Fabric/Automation to email me when port1 can't ping 8.8.8.8 Without using FortiAnalyzer https://forum.fortinet.com/tm.aspx?m=154543
