wan ip not pinging from remotely

Hi we have 2 branches ie. Ho and remote branch. I installed fortinet60 in HO and netgear router in branch. I can able to ping from ho to branch but unable ping from branch to ho. Please help to fix this problem. Thanking you.

    Hello, Did you have enable the ping on your WAN interface ? Did you have an administrator with the permitted IP with the IP of your branch office (on the admin configuration, you can restrict the access from specific IP) ? The ping is enabled only from IP with an administrator who allowed to connect to the appliance.

    I mentioned this on the previously in your other thread but figured I would touch base in here and ask here as well. Are you just trying to ping from wan interface to wan interface or are you trying to do a vpn configuration between the two locations?

    Do you have ping enabled on Administrative Access on the Fortigate' s wan interface? If you can ping from one way then connectivity is not the issue.
