Vulnerability Scan: Listing of non-existing programs

Hi there,

the vulnerability scan of Forticlient lists programs which are not or no longer installed on my PC.

2 examples:

7-Zip 15.14.0.0 (3) -> 7-Zip was installed but the latest version was 16.04 -> I've now uninstalled 7-zip completely, but the message remains.

PostgreSQL 9.4.1.17054 (19) -> Maybe I had it installed long, long time ago but not now.

How to deal with such issues?
