VPN with expired service contract

Hi! we have a FGT 60B and I' m very happy with it but... we' ve got a new UTM and have to switch to this and the FGT will be removed (management decision...) now both devices run in parallel and we still use VPN over the FGT. Our support license for the FGT expires soon. my question: will the FGT stop working without license? will SSL VPN stop? (I' m not worried about Antivir or URL Filter) br Bernhard

Hi, SSL VPN and IPSEC are NOT connected to the license. So they will work forever ;)

Ahhh, you have deployed an Aastaro UTM box (now Sophos). Any good ?

it' s not bad. NAT is tricky. VPN Setup is quite easy. have not implemeted webfiltering or something like that - don' t now about performance. GUI has some nice features. drag & drop. but built in log-view is very bad and ugly. Traffic-graphs are smoother than FGT.
