VPN with Azure on backup link

Hi

I have the fortigate100

I configured VPN site to site with azure on my primary main link and it work

I have second link that work in stanby for redundancy

How should i configure VPN on that Link with azure, as it use the same LAN IP as the primary link ?

Please advise
