Hi, first at all, i am not a networking guy, i am a developer with a little bit knowledge about networks and my job needs to create this VPN.

Our internal LAN is 192.168.0.0/24 and i need to create a VPN with a CISCO ASA 5585, the main trouble is that they need our LAN on the range 172.17.3.0/24 because they have conflicts with our LAN, but i can't change it because i have another VPN on this network, so, i am not sure on how i need to proceed, i tried with static routes (on the PC) but nothing is working, somebody can help me please.

Just deploy SNAT in the fw-policies on the  fortigate into what your  end-point requests. You can deploy ip-nat pools for this function.
