VPN using VPN Manager to create Phase2 local and remote subnet

Normally, if you set up a VPN using VPN Manager in Forti Manager and have "Phase2 per Protected Subnet Pair", it will set the local and remote subnets as 0.0.0.0. I need to have it actually specify the remote and local subnets. I am able to configure this correctly on the FortiGate, but can't replicate the configuration in VPN Manager to easily push it out to other FortiGate's?
What is problem about that?
