VPN up but ip blank in virtual adapter and unreachable endpoint

Hi, I have Forticlient 5.6 installed on Windows 7 Machine, the vpn go up succesfully but I can't  the endpoint through vpn. Comparing this machine with another working i noticed that in that the vpn virtual adapter is enabled and configured to use a secific ip but the ip and subnet mask are blank. Which could be the reason? TIA Cristian
