Hello, At home with my VPN I can't make my TimeMachine backups on my Nas Synology Does this come from apple's hello protocol?

how to remedy it ?

    If so, you will most probably have to look into creating a multicast policy. If that is greek to you, ask a FTNT partner (or be lucky if someone on the forums shares a config for this).
