Hi I try to creation a new VPN SSL Portal on Fortigate 40C Firmware Version v5.0,build0208 (GA Patch 3), but i have this error: Maximum number of entries has been reached. Please can you help me Thanks

How many do you have already? Search the site for the " Maximum Values Matrix" . I' m not sure if the amount of SSL VPN connections is mentioned there, but IPSec is for sure.
