VPN not working on Windows 7 (FortiClient 5.6.6.1167_x64)

I am trying to install FortiClient version 5.6.6.1167_x64 and am getting the following error:

 

Internet Explorer installed on the machine is version 11.0.9600.18282

    My old Wind7 desktop has almost same environment 5.6.6.1167 and IE11.0.9600.19100 but working fine. Do you have TLS1.2 enabled by the way at IE11->internet options->advanced?

    Yes, enable TLS 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2...
