VPN. not jabber conection

i am new in firewall and have the next issue: I have set up a VPN on the forti 80c and is working properly, the problem is that when I make a call from a LAN to a Jabber (VPN) is not connected. Now when I make the call from the Jabber VPN to a phone in the LAN connecting but I don´t have Audio.
