VPN l2tp/ipsec tunnel issues

Dear all, For two days i am tying to configure a remote access vpn, i followed the cookbook and fortigate official guide steps with no luck! once randomly and worked, most of other times not, i assume the wizard create all needed objects (firewall polices, addresses, etc) I get this red arrow, sometimes in WAN others in LAN: WAN in internal IP range, LAN in different range, i choose a specific address object. Please advise, thanks.
