VPN IPSEC Failure

Hi,

I did notice that I can use a "remote Cisco client" like Cisco any connect VPN client  For a remote IPSEC VPN.

 I did create a new tunnel with this specification, but nothing work.  what I can see is phase 1 Failure. Did anyone try this, thank you. PS: the fortigate version is 5.6.
