VPN IPsec don't work VNC

Hello everyone,

I use the IPsec technology for the VPN connection, on the fortigate after the connection I see my address is OK (192.168.10.100). The problem is I can't connect to VPN connected users on the network, why? How to set? It is important for me to have a company with such a user eg using VNC. Thanks for all the tips.

I will ask the question otherwise, do you see vpn hosts on the network locally and can you connect to it via vpn?
