VPN Getting disconnected frequently

Hello all,

 

I just want to know if you have any solutions on my problem..

When i connect to my VPN going through the Fortinet firewall i frequently get disconnected But when i connect directly to the Internet modem it is working fine.

 

Please Guide me on how to setup the policy to allow the VPN to perform continuously going through the firewall

    dear friend ,

     

                   just try to  recreate new vpn policy with less security policy and check vpn log you will find your problems

    Are you using SSL VPN or IPSec VPN? SSL VPN is susceptible to disconnects much more than IPSec. Every client of ours that reports VPN disconnects has been running SSL. When we've moved them to IPSec, they are aways much happier.
