VPN for clients using forticlient not always connecting

I have say 20-30 users trying to connect at different times and most ofthe time ist fine mine always works, but some people (the people change) get say 3-4 attempts just not work and they they work.

 

I have full logs on but can not see their attempts that I know of.

 

Anyone see something like this before and if so how they got round it? I am using IPSEC shared key.

    Were you using or trying to use split tunneling to specific servers? Information has it that as from version 5.0 and above, you can no longer set specific servers through GUI, however, it can be configured by means of CLI.
