VPN Connects, but sometimes for all user Internet and routing is not working !!

Hi,

I have a problem, sometimes (that is the weird think) no user can access internet or remote IPs. User logges in to VPN but nothing is roking. Ping on GW also doesn´t work. After 5 mins all is working as should. It looks like routing problem, but then why is it happening randomly ? Users use latest version -> FortiClient 6.4 Thank you.

    One quick note, I just found out, that the VPN only works for the first user. If after that user someone else connects, symptoms mentioned above appeared. So why does VPN works only for the first one who open session ... ?

    first thing that comes to mind is the IP range for clients, is it perhaps just one IP address?
