VPN connection failed - Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there, I have laptop on Windows 10 (64-bit) on wireless network. Yesterday I installed FortiClient VPN. When I try to connect I get message VPN connection failed. Please see picture

This is for an SSL VPN connection, correct? For some reason I can't see the picture. Are you entering the correct port number in FortiClient for the VPN connection?
