VPN blocking LOCAL traffic??

We have a FortiGate FGT60D with IPSec VPN using the FortiClient that was setup by the WIZARD.

Enable IPv4 Split Tunnel is enabled and Accessible Networks is ALL.

When at home I can connect and use the work lan, browse the internet, etc however if I try to print to my printer at home or access any of my local resources it fails.

What am I missing???
