VPN and Cisco Soft Phone

We have been running our ASA with Cisco VPN software for years.  Recently I have installed Fortigate and doing VPN SSL now with it for testing.

My softphone works perfectly via Cisco VPN on ASA, but with the FortiClient connected on the VPN I can load the phone fine and it connect to the servers.  It makes calls just fine but I can't hear anything on the other side and they can't hear me at all. 

I'm unsure what I need to change.  Any input would be greatly appreciated.
