VPN access with certificate and password

Hi

Need configure a fortigate 60e like vpn server using two factor login certificate + password. I see more video and setup a pki user with my how ca cert my server cert and create the user certificate. I setup policy to go on a lan ( atm no anyone coneected on lan side only wan used) and if I try to access to vpn page I got cert req and after put user and pass I make login but don't see any information on vpn see only   bottom to download client and same other stuff to create bookmark ... think make same wrong sameone che help?
