VMware Workstation 15/16 on Windows 10 booting FMG or FAZ takes 30 or more minutes

Hi, 

I don't know since when, but booting FMG VM on VMware Workstation on Windows 10 takes now 30 minutes or more. But using the same image on esxi takes a few seconds.

Does anybody have experienced and maybe solved this issue?

Using 6.0.x and 6.4.x.
