Thank you for the reply, so I just have to crash this VM in case of a shutdown initiate by my UPS ? Or play with a script and plink or something like that to have to clean shutdown. What is the best practice for this case ?

You can execute a clean shutdown either from the command line (' exe shutdown' ) or from the gui in the system settings tab.
