Virtual IP and Remote VPN issue.

I have 100E which was configured for virtual IP(Port Forwarding ) to an attendance device. It was working fine for last 1 year. Recently when i tried to configure IPsec Remote VPN, Remote VPN will be enabled only when i disable Virtual IP Policy. What will be the reason?
