VerifyOTP failed during execution

Dear FAC admins

We have FortiAuthenticator 6.4.9.

We integrated it with MS OWA using this guide.

But once we authenticate with OTP we get this error on the web page:

Unhandled 2FA Configuration Error: VerifyOTP failed during execution

Anyone idea?

To get more information check the REST API logs in FAC: https://fac/debug/rest_api/

Usually this may be a realm problem, try with the username in different format like: domain\username

The problem was in agent configuration, we used the wrong Rest API Key under FAC config section. Helped by TAC support.
