could you please advise how can i check if fortinet product is original or gray

Hi Ashraf

Try send an email to cs@fortinet.com.

But in case this is second hand then probably they will not help unless the mail is sent by the original owner (original registration account).

actually item still with reseller i did not purchased it , i want to be sure item is original before i purchased it so shall i sent email to cs@fortinet.com or there is another way to check using for example item SN please

because i have the SN

If the reseller is an official FTNT partner then it is safe. Otherwise better avoid, unless it is for your internal lab and you don't need support or subscription.
