v6.4 stuck at 98% after iphone connection

Hi, I keep getting stuck at 98% on connecting my vpn. It is a win10 20h2, forticlient 6.4.1.1519, Surface Book2.

Two weeks after installation and working fine, it started the problem after a wifi connection through an iPhone (!).

Reinstall/reboot did not resolve. Even uninstalled the wifi drivers. Only a couple of days ago after removing all the software and cleaning the registry for any forticlient/fortigate references I could get it started. But just for a day. I Did not reboot, just put the computer to sleep. Now it is back at getting stuck at 98%.
