Using VDOMs to load share in HA

Anyone with any experience in using VDOMs in an active / passive HA cluster to load share connections - ie is it possible to have 2 VDOMs running, and have one active on each cluster member to utilize the resources better?

    Guess what I am asking is anyone with any real world gotcha's or recommendations before I try :)
