User web log are not visible in Reports.

Hi.

 

I have Fortigate with FSSO and FortyAnalayzer. When I create Report User Detailed Browsing Log  for User "Ivanov", report created without data. But in Log View, i can see Web log for user ""Ivanov". Where is problem? 

And i can create report for user "Sidorov" and data will be in report

    If you run a test on a dataset and it gives results for "Ivanov", then it might be worth rebuilding hcache for that report.

     

    exec sql-report hcache-build ...

     

    Note: To rebuild hcache for all reports: diag sql hcache rebuild-report
