user got fresquently disconnected

Hi

Some of my users are frequently disconnected during the day.

when i look at the look i see that her device use the same AP but use once the 2.4Ghz and the other time the 5ghz.

 

how can i prevent this kind of behaviour?

    It depending on the client device's own decision which to connect if the same SSID is on two radios. The AP side has no control. To avoid that, and for users to be conscious which radio to connect to, we always deploy different SSIDs like corp-5, corp-24.

    Especially 2.4G is very crowded for most office building environment. Disconnects might often happen if "air" is crowded. Survey the environment with a wifi analyzer (some free apps available).
