user encounter failed SSLVPN failed login

what are the causes of SSLVPN failed login ?

user reported after enter MFA pin, encounter permission denied -445 error.

could it be wrong password or AD account locked.

Hey yeowkm99,

the FortiGate logs will not tell you much beyond login failure.

You could check the user event logs, there may be a failed authentication log for the same time period that could give you more details.

Aside from that, check on your RADIUS server if it recorded a failed or successful login, and if that can give you more details.

the strange thing is, this same user reported that the issue disappear after a few mins.

it happened to her twice this week when she first login early morning.
