User disable Real-Time Protection on his PC

I found user have local administrator only on his PC disable Real-Time Protection on his FortiClient and all Users in the same policy Real-Time Protection is enabled ?
How can he disable it ? Is there any software can disable the Real-Time Protection on FortiClient without remove FortiClient ?

Hi @Mahmoud1 ,

May i know, are you using Forticlient Free or using EMS?
Only EMS(paid Forticlient license) capable to  create a policy to restrict changes on the user's Forticlient.
