Used Wizard Now Unable To Log On Via Web UI

Hello,

 

We have a FortiMail VM (v5.2.4) appliance we are implementing and after doing the initial configuration using the wizard in the web UI we are unable to log with the admin account (we get the a message stating login failed). Oddly enough, from the same computer we were able to use the web UI on, we can console in and SSH in just fine with the password we set. It is only the web UI that gives us this error.

 

Any help or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.

     D'oh!

     

    That would be the problem! Funny enough, I completely forgot users have their own login portal for email. The interface was forwarding me automattically to the /admin page. Oh well, lesson learned and thank you!
