Usage of Fortisandbox On-Prem - VM and Appliance

Some time ago, I did a PoC with Fortisandbox, but I had major problems. Now, I hope, the product is more mature and think about trying it one more time, but I have some questions:

1. Mailprocessing

Do you have any problems, that unsubscribe-links in mails are "clicked" by the sandbox and so your customers are opted out from mailing-lists?

2. VM vs Appliance

Do you have any performance expirience between using the VM of the smaller appliances?

3. Web-Security

How do you see the security-benefit of using Fortisandbox? Am I right, that there is still no "wait for processing-feature" on scanning web-traffic except with Forticlient?
