Urlfilter referrer-host

I'm trying to set this option to permit youtube video launched from our corporate website but without success.  I have 2 entries in my urlfilter, the first is an allow for *.youtube.com with referrer-host set to my corporate website url and the second one is a block for *.youtube.com without any referrer.

Any idea ? Can HTTPS break this feature ? I'm using deep-inspection by the way.
