URL Filter for Categories Stopped Working

After the firewall restarted the url filter that filters categories such as gambling or sex stopped filtering on my fortinet 110c

    Web filtering by FortiGuard categories only work if the Fortigate has a valid subscription and can reach/access the FortiGuard services. You can check this from the License Information widget on the dashboard.

     

    If your FortiGate is having trouble accessing/connecting to the FortiGuard services, try going into the config/FortiGuard section and click on "Update Now" button.

    Gave that a try same issue. For some reason traffic will not hit the rule that determines what category people should go to. We've also moved the rule up but traffic bypasses it and goes straight to the internet.
