upgrading fortiOS from 5.4.4 to 5.6.2

any one upgrade direct from 5.4.4 to 5.6.2?

is it safe to go straight from this path as per recommended by fortinet?

my FG300D has been running on 5.4.4 for quite some time.

read all Release Notes

search the forums for relevant gotchas

I think in some Release Notes, section "Known issues", they mentioned that PSKs were not preserved when upgrading from v5.4 to v5.6.
