upgrade F201E from 7.0.17 to 7.2

Hai we got FortiGate F201E with 7.0.17 matured version

Unable to find any upgrade path on gui and support tool to 7.2 or above any version

if we manually choose any version and update ,will there be a chance loose configuration . any end of support announcement for 201E

According to upgrade path tool, you can go directly to 7.2.10 (which is currently the recommended version).

If you do so there will be no config lose.

Thanks for the support, but our version is 7.0.17. If we downgrade there can be configuration loss too. from 7.0.17 no direct path showing

Do not downgrade. You just need to upgrade directly to 7.2.10.

7.0.17 is not shown as starting version probably because it is a new version, but I guess the tool should be fixed soon.
