Upgrade a FG100E FortiOS 5.4 with Forticlient Telemetry

Hi Guys, I had a Fortigate 100E with Fortios 5.4 and Forticlient Telemetry License and I need to upgrade him , the question is when I upgrade the FG100E Firmware's the  Forticlient Telemetry License will be upgrade automatically with FortiOS?
