UniFi Access Point DHCP issue on 6.0 firmware

I have a 60E that I am struggling with DHCP for a specific device.

I have created a ticket w/ Ubiquiti but thought I would drop some information here for some assistance as well.

I have a 60e + Cisco switch + UAP-AC-Pro

VDOM config

DHCP services running inside the VDOM on my VLAN interface (v100)

Cisco port config:

interface GigabitEthernet1/0/21

 switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q

 switchport trunk native vlan 100

 switchport mode trunk

If I plug in the AP - it briefly shows up in DHCP Monitor on 60E, but vanishes before it will even ping

I can plug in a polycom phone on the same port and it works fine

I can plug in a Ubiquiti 8 port switch and it will even DHCP fine

...................

I have another 60E running 5.6.8

With the same port config - the AP will DHCP fine...

I am attaching a couple of debug files from the 60E running 6.0.4

the files are dhcps debugs for the UAP-AC-Pro (failing to get DHCP correctly) - and a polycom that works fine for comparison - as well as the debug from the 5.6.8 (itpforti) that the AP did do DHCP correctly

Any help is greatly appreciated - I have created cases w/ both vendors

Here's my post in ubnt forums:
