Unblocking sites

I have two educational sites that are blocked. I tried to use the web filter and that didn't work. Also tried the Web Rating Override and that hasn't unblocked it either. Trying to figure out why fortigate won't let them through

    Hi

     

    maybe additional sites you have to allow to get the orginal site.

    try to check the  webfilter log

    Make sure logging is enabled on the rule for all traffic and view your Webfilter logs. Look for blocks and check the hostname and category the firewall determined it to be.
