Unable to use Web Filter Profile

Hi,

 

We have deployed a new Forti 140D.

 

I have created a new Web filter profile. And assigned it to a policy.

 

After rebooting the firewall, I am unable to add the profile any longer, its gone back to the default Web filter profile.

 

Any ideas why? On the drop-down in the policy, the web filter profile I created doesnt even show up, but if I go to the security profiles TAB, and webfilter, you can select and edit it.

    i have this msg in access VPN SSL web :

     

    The Fortinet SSL-VPN Client plugin is not installed on your computer, is not up to date, or your browser settings are blocking the plugin from running. The plugin is required for the tunnel mode function of the SSL-VPN Client. 

    You need to have administrator rights to perform the first time installation. Once it is installed, it runs under normal user privileges and can be upgraded to newer versions without administrator privileges."

    Hi Fortiman,

     

    Can you go to Config-> Features and see if "Multiple Security Profiles" is enabled?

    how about trying to downgrade/upgrade the firmware if the issue still the same
