Unable to upload Certificate to FortiManager

Hi

I have a new Public Certificate and need to upload it to FortiManager VM 7.4.5

I select the certificate and private key, enter the certificate name, enter a password and click OK.  Then the certificate page refresh but the new certificate it's not there.  No error message appear.

I was able to upload the same certificate files to FortiAnalyzer, so the certificate is good.

UPDATE
Since I couldn't install the certificate through the management web interface, I tried using CLI, and I was able to install it that way.
Here is the article I used to install it using CLI.

Hey Javo,

sorry to hear you're having issues with the certificate upload.

I'm not aware of any issues in FortiManager 7.4.5, and if the certificate uploaded successfully in FortiAnalyzer (what firmware is it) I would expect it to work in FortiManager as well, the firmware is very similar.

You could check the System logs on FortiManager to see if gives you any error messages?

Cheers,

Debbie

Hi Debbie

Good idea. I checked the system log and there are no errors. FortiAnalyzer is running version 7.4.7.
I'll try installing the certificate via CLI and see how it goes.
