Unable to toggle on FortiGuard Spam Filtering

Hi!

 

I am unable to toggle on any of the FortiGuard Spam Filtering features. I tried created a new profile but neither of the it works. Really appreciate if anyone have any explanations/solutions for this issue.

Hello,

 

Try to toggle the profile to "Feature set  Proxy based"

Thank you! I am able to toggle the settings. However, once I turned on to proxy based in both email profiles and policy, I am unable to receive any email.

Hello mhrth,

 

What is the firmware version on Fortigate? As suggested try changing to Proxy-based & make sure you have the right admin rights to make changes to a security profile.
